Junior Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Junior Technical Support Engineer for Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, providing technical support and solutions to help customers succeed.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot technical issues for Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and provide solutions.
• Manage customer expectations to deliver a better customer experience.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development and SRE teams to deliver solutions.
• Handle multitasking and efficient work execution in pressured situations.
• Create and manage knowledge documents.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills in documentation and oral communication.
• Hands-on practical experience in engineering, programming, or technical support.
• Understanding of system configuration, including roles like web, application, and database servers.
• Troubleshooting/cause-isolation skills for web application development and debugging, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with database concepts, data management (RDBMS), and SQL.
• Understanding of networking and data communication technologies (DNS, SSL, firewalls, and communication protocols).
• Japanese (fluent conversation and reading/writing) / English (reading/writing required, conversation optional).
