Key Account Manager – TL – EDC Retail

Overview

Lead a team of Key Account Managers for the EDC (swipe machine) retail business, driving merchant acquisition, sales targets and account management in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Develop plans and strategies for business development and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
• Hire and build a new team to support growing needs and future projects.
• Define the optimal sales force structure.
• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support sales objectives.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.
• Visit merchants to educate them about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), convert them and manage their accounts.
• Aggressively manage the successful execution of the sales strategy.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the local language.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or above.
