Overview
The Knowledge Management (KM) PM bridges traditional knowledge architecture and AI-driven enterprise productivity, supporting internal knowledge governance and AI readiness.
What you'll do
- Design and execute KM strategies to ensure AI readiness for RAG and search discovery.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering libraries and context-injection frameworks for internal AI tools.
- Support global knowledge governance covering AI ethics, data lineage, privacy, and automated content validation.
- Architect Confluence space hierarchies, page blueprints, and smart workflows using automation and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end KM projects using Agile frameworks and track knowledge and search metrics.
- Audit knowledge repositories to reduce noise and help AI agents use verified, authoritative sources.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5–8 years in Knowledge Management, Operations, or Technical Program Management in a fast-paced technology enterprise.
- Expert-level Confluence administration, advanced page design, and native automation.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector-search dynamics, and structured data formats (JSON/YAML/Markdown).
- Proven ability to design, benchmark, and optimize systemic prompts for enterprise AI tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication with cross-functional leadership and change management experience.
- Demonstrated Agile project leadership with clear milestones and delivery on tight timelines.
- Strong data-analysis skills to evaluate knowledge health, search metrics, and AI accuracy.
