Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models (LLMs) that process and generate natural language. Design model parameters, plan architectures, and oversee large-scale training and ongoing refinements.

What you'll do

• Design and structure advanced language models for understanding and human-like text generation.
• Plan neural network configurations and oversee training using extensive datasets.
• Lead development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
• Analyze model performance and implement improvements to enhance applicability across NLP tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with project goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
• Collaborate with and manage the team; contribute to and make key decisions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
• Experience training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Familiarity with natural language processing concepts and challenges.
• Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements.
• Skilled in managing computational resources for efficient model training.
• Minimum 12 years of experience (and also mentions a minimum 7 years for LLMs).
• 15 years full time education required.
