Lead Account Solution Engineer

Overview

Lead Solution Engineer for Salesforce, collaborating with Financial Services clients to craft tailored solutions and customer engagement strategies using the Salesforce platform.

What you'll do

• Run solution discovery sessions to understand client needs and align proposals to business objectives.
• Deliver live demos, prototypes, and presentations for different client personas.
• Build and communicate customer journey strategies and IT roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end business and technical solutions.
• Support sales cycles with RFx responses, business cases, ROI analyses, and demos.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.

What you'll need

• Have a degree or equivalent.
• Have 10+ years in IT, consulting, or technology sales/implementation.
• Have pre-sales or solution delivery experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, fintechs, NBFCs, wealth/asset management).
• Be able to develop and present customer journey maps and use case demos.
• Have expertise in cloud computing, CRM, marketing automation, and related technologies.
• Have exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Details

• Location: India - Mumbai.
• Travel is required for client meetings and workshops.
