Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator

Overview

Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator supporting the Marketing team with production, operations, and automation. You’ll design and maintain automated workflows across the marketing tech stack while executing day-to-day campaign production and reporting.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain automated workflows across the marketing tech stack.
• Build automations in Zapier or n8n to connect marketing tools and reduce manual handoffs.
• Set up automated design production in Canva for templated, at-scale asset generation.
• Track projects and workflows in Smartsheet.
• Support marketing tools and dashboards using GitHub, Claude Cowork, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Monitor and report campaign and website performance using Google Analytics.
• Format and prepare social, email, decks, flyers, and partner marketing materials using approved templates, then perform quality assurance reviews.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, technology, or a related field, with hands-on automation/AI skills.
• Hands-on automation experience with Airtable, Zapier or n8n, and Canva automation.
• Comfort working across GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI assistant tools (Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Codex).
• Experience with Smartsheet and Google Analytics.
• Strong English reading and writing comprehension.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive, or SharePoint.
