Overview
Lead AI and Analytics engineering for Gen AI, AI, analytics, and automation products for HP Global Finance.
What you'll do
- Lead technical architecture and end-to-end solutions across multiple complex AI and automation projects.
- Define reusable, scalable engineering components for data models and automation workflows.
- Drive technical development of robust, scalable, trusted AI, analytics, and automation products.
- Build trusted LLM-powered Gen AI with grounding, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and human oversight.
- Collaborate with Controls, Cybersecurity, Data Platform, and Architecture teams to complete secure product reviews.
- Mentor engineers using code reviews, accelerators, playbooks, and engineering best practices.
What you'll need
- Typically 9+ years of experience in traditional ML, LLM-powered Gen AI, data engineering, analytics, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture and delivery across complex enterprise projects.
- Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, data quality, modeling, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or equivalent cloud analytics platforms (SQL, Python, notebooks, workflows, pipelines, and deployment).
- Power BI experience including data modeling, semantic models, DAX, dashboard design, security, and refresh architecture.
- Experience building reusable data models, data pipelines, and engineering frameworks/accelerators for enterprise products.
- Experience building LLM-powered products using OpenAI or other enterprise LLM models, including prompt design, retrieval, grounding, evaluation, and responsible AI.
