Lead Animator (3D)

Overview

Lead Animator (3D) role focused on creating and overseeing high-quality gaming animations across the production cycle.

What you'll do

• Spearhead creation of innovative gaming animations across the full production cycle.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality animation/build work across project teams.
• Interpret art briefs quickly and conceptualize creative animations/artwork.
• Act as a seeding resource supporting a team handling creative animation tasks.
• Make timely updates in response to remote direction and communicate changes clearly.
• Contribute to the creative production pipeline from concept through post-production.
• Develop new art/animation products based on provided art briefs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6+ years of computer experience using related programs.
• Minimum 4+ years in a commercial art/animation environment.
• Formal qualification in Graphic Building or Animation.
• Expertise in Photoshop, After Effects, and 2D Spine.
• Strong conceptual and traditional drawing abilities and grasp of art/animation principles.
• Good character animation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of timelines and animations, visual/audio effects, user interface, and dialog.
