Lead Business Analysis - Agentic AI Automation Consultant

Overview

Business Analyst for Payments and Digital Journeys within the global banking domain, supporting Capco engagements with large international and local banks, insurance companies and payment service providers.

What you'll do

• Elicit and define requirements, manage the backlog and deliver through Agile.
• Analyse customer channels, including Mobile Banking Apps and Browser Front-End solutions.
• Prioritise requirements to define MVP scope and author Epics and User Stories.
• Validate requirements with Product Owners, IT, Ops, Risk/Legal/Compliance and UX.
• Cover the full delivery lifecycle: problem framing, market research, As-Is analysis, story refinement, walkthroughs with Solution Architects, and structured delivery through to implementation.
• Collaborate across Business, Tech and Ops teams in multi-country, cross-cultural environments (Asia, MENA, Europe, Americas).

What you'll need

• 8+ years' experience in Payments within Retail Banking.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, backlog management and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on use of Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Global bank exposure (Global Banking experience preferred).
