Lead - Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Overview

Seeking a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud consultant with SaaS experience to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

What you'll do

• Gather business requirements and design Sales Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
• Implement sales automation (lead routing/assignment, workflow automation, approvals, validation rules).
• Analyze current sales processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations and integrations, and build dashboards/reports.
• Serve as Sales Cloud SME, train business users, and provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

What you'll need

• 6-10+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience.
• At least 1–2 years supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Active Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant credential.
• Technical knowledge of Apex and Salesforce Flow.
• Prior experience handling large-scale, complex SFDC migrations.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and third-party applications.
