Lead Data Analyst

Overview

Lead analytics and sales strategy for HubSpot's EMEA Upmarket segment, delivering insights, models, and business frameworks that guide strategy, capacity, investment, and revenue decisions.

What you'll do

• Diagnose performance and define KPIs for sales leadership.
• Build and own scorecards, pipeline dashboards, and capacity views.
• Design processes for forecasting, headcount, capacity, and territory planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Sales Strategy, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Influence Director- and VP-level decisions with data narratives and frameworks.
• Coach analysts and create reusable templates, metric definitions, and documentation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience owning a segment, region, or business line.
• Proficiency with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills for analysis and modeling.
• SQL knowledge and experience querying and transforming large datasets.
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to analyze data and automate processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
