Overview

Lead a data engineering team in building and maintaining scalable Big Data solutions, data pipelines, and ETL processes.

What you'll do

• Lead data engineers developing and implementing Big Data solutions.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to improve system performance.
• Document data processes, systems, and infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Data Science.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with Databricks Platform.
• Experience with Snowflake Platform.
• Data engineering and cloud computing skills.
• People leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficient English language proficiency at C2 level.
