Lead Engineer (Quality) - CONSUMER EXPERIENCE ENGINEERING

Overview

Lead Quality Engineer for PUMA’s Consumer Experience Engineering organization, focused on quality strategy and automated testing for premium digital experiences across web and mobile.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive quality engineering strategy aligned with product, engineering, and business goals.
• Design scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Establish risk-based testing approaches and quality processes across multiple product teams.
• Drive quality planning, test strategy definition, and execution across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Build and maintain automated regression, integration, API, and end-to-end test suites.
• Ensure accessibility validation and WCAG compliance for digital experiences.

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation Engineering.
• Experience scaling enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and Appium.
• Proven experience defining quality strategies, test architecture, and testing governance across multiple products or teams.
• Experience implementing risk-based testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience integrating quality engineering practices into modern CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) and accessibility testing.
