Lead Generation Specialist, APAC-EEMEA

Overview

Lead Generation Specialist, APAC-EEMEA supports Mastercard Services with identifying, qualifying, and reaching out to enterprise customer leads, and coordinating meeting scheduling for regional sales teams.

What you'll do

• Execute multichannel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, selective phone outreach) and manage inbound leads occasionally.
• Support outreach campaigns across European markets and coordinate meetings with qualified leads under the direction of regional sales.
• Prepare BANT-aligned opportunity documentation and track outcomes of outreach activities.
• Act as an internal point of contact for assigned divisions, capability areas, and buying centers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Specialist teams to align messaging and priorities.
• Track performance metrics and optimize outreach effectiveness.
• Stay current on Mastercard Services solutions, client challenges, and market trends across Europe.

What you'll need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language is strongly preferred.
• Second language strongly preferred: ideally Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
• Ability to initiate and manage outbound prospecting across multiple channels with a digital-first approach.
• Proactive ownership of pipeline tracking, outreach tracking, and follow-up coordination.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
