Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist

Overview

Executes end-to-end supply chain operations across 3PL/4PL processes, ensuring accurate shipment tracking, reporting, and exception management while maintaining SLA compliance and process quality.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations across 3PL/4PL processes.
• Track shipment milestones and ensure timely updates, reporting, and exception management.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Manage customer queries, follow-ups, and escalations through professional email communication.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support data validation, documentation, and shipment visibility activities.
• Monitor operational performance and assist with root cause analysis (RCA) for issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge management materials, and audit compliance requirements.

What you'll need

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Strong SCM knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel.
