Lead Network Automation Architect

Overview

Lead the modernization, automation, and reliability of large-scale global network infrastructure as the top technical authority for network automation.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Network-as-Code and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with GitOps to remove manual deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructure with automated testing and deployment approval gates.
• Design, deploy, and support Kubernetes networking architectures and their integration with physical underlay networks.
• Provide expertise for enterprise network architecture modernization, including BGP, OSPF, and high-availability routing.
• Act as Tier-4 escalation engineer for complex network incidents and advanced troubleshooting.
• Drive root-cause analysis and long-term remediation to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Network Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Experience using Git as the single source of truth and knowledge of GitOps and CI/CD tools.
• Expert knowledge of BGP, OSPF, data center networking, and overlay/underlay network architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes networking (Project Calico, OVN, VXLAN, and Kubernetes CNI).
• Routing and switching knowledge, including BGP/OSPF and Cisco Nexus platforms.
