Lead Product Manager (Market + Billing)

Overview

Lead Product Manager for the Market and Billing area of Zenoti's all-in-one cloud platform for the beauty and wellness industry. The role defines market requirements and packages features into product releases.

What you'll do

• Gather requirements from existing and potential customers.
• Write functional requirements documents.
• Build agile product backlogs.
• Manage the delivery of Zenoti features release after release.
• Work through the entire product cycle as the advocate for end-users and customers.
• Interact with development leads, product architects, product managers and key customers.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of work experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role.
• Technical or engineering background.
• A strong technical background.
• Good understanding of mobile, web and cloud technology space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to customers and senior executives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to come up with recommendations using data.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams with a results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and break complex and vaguely defined problems into a clear and actionable set of steps.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to strike the right balance between developing a high-level understanding of the business and market requirements, and developing detailed specs needed for execution.

Nice to have

• MBA from a premier management institute.
