Lead, Sales - HST (Care and Connectivity)

Overview

Lead, Sales - HST (Care and Connectivity) is an individual contributor role focused on leading hospital solutions and technologies sales for OT equipment and hospital furniture in assigned Indian regions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions.
• Generate the lead funnel and improve HST product awareness across channels and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers including hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and distribution networks.
• Stay updated on competitors and develop competitive strategies.
• Conduct product training and demos for users to enhance product knowledge.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Bio-medical engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Frequent travel within the region (10-12 days/month).
