Lead Software Engineer-1

Overview

Lead Software Development Engineer responsible for building high-performance Java solutions and supporting research and development of innovative payment products.

What you'll do

• Analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
• Design complex applications, interfaces, and integrations.
• Integrate enterprise systems using middleware, messaging products, or custom interfaces.
• Perform software architecture performance engineering.
• Conduct software development, code reviews, and day-to-day support.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Research and evaluate tools for domain-specific needs.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Java JDK 17 or greater.
• Knowledge of Tomcat, Spring, Spring Boot, shell scripting, and JSON.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration solutions.
• Expertise with JUnit or other automated unit testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, and Maven.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and configuring reusable AI workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, software engineering, and coding best-practice skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with a UI framework such as Angular.
