Overview

Lead a team in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure, scalable full-stack applications. Provide technical direction, mentorship, and support across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications.
• Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Drive front-end and back-end architecture decisions and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the application stack.
• Improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software development experience with significant full-stack focus.
• Experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
• Front-end expertise with technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Back-end proficiency with languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot, and .NET Core.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, containers, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
