Lead Stucture Engineer

Overview

Lead Structural Engineer role focused on structural analysis, design, and coordination for building projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.

What you'll do

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel building structures.
• Develop design solutions compliant with Indian IS codes and project specifications.
• Conduct seismic analysis and design as per IS 1893 and IS 13920.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Check and review structural designs prepared by junior engineers and external consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and support design reviews, technical discussions, and client meetings.

What you'll need

• Over 10 years of expertise in the building sector.
• Strong proficiency in Indian IS codes for seismic design.
• Working knowledge of international codes including Eurocodes and American standards (ACI/ASCE/AISC).
• Ability to work on international projects using Eurocodes or American standards.
• Proficiency with structural engineering software (ETABS/STAAD/SAFE/SAP2000).
• Experience with structural documentation such as reports, drawings, and specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience in global design centers (GDCs) in India handling international projects.
• Exposure to international projects in regions including Middle East, Europe, and USA.
• Client interaction and design management experience.
