Learning Partner

Overview

Learning Partner responsible for identifying training needs, planning training delivery, and ensuring sales teams receive timely product, process, and selling-skill training.

What you'll do

• Identify training needs for role holders in the assigned division by engaging business leaders, field managers, and the marketing team.
• Create and manage a training calendar and ensure relevant training interventions are executed on time.
• Coordinate with sales teams and managers to understand challenges and exchange training-related information.
• Update training modules with PMT & Medical Affairs teams to keep content current and impactful.
• Deliver classroom/virtual training for new hires and evaluate who meets program standards.
• Train new TMs on organization knowledge, medical/scientific/product understanding, selling skills, and conduct role plays for on-the-job application.
• Evaluate participants, follow up with participants and their managers, and support ongoing learning and development.

What you'll need

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a training manager.
• In-depth understanding of medical and therapy and pharma selling scenarios.
• Focus on how a medical rep/ASM works.
• Science graduate; MBA desirable.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Training skills, analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal effectiveness.
