Overview

AML Trainer responsible for leading new-hire onboarding and ongoing AML training, including coaching, training material updates, and compliance-focused learning content.

What you'll do

• Lead new hire training and onboarding programs.
• Guide employees from training into client-facing production work.
• Deliver feedback and performance insights to support employee growth.
• Analyze training outcomes and share actionable insights with the Training Manager.
• Design and update training materials as business needs evolve.
• Develop assessments and continuing education content for ongoing compliance.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and build engaging e-learning modules.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of AML experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Training delivery experience in-person classroom and virtual settings.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of AML experience.
• CAMS or related professional certification.
