Overview

As an AML Trainer, you will lead onboarding and training, coach employees through the transition to client-facing production work, and support AML compliance through materials, assessments, and e-learning.

What you'll do

• Lead new hire training and onboarding programs.
• Guide employees from training into client-facing production.
• Deliver feedback and performance insights to support growth.
• Analyze training outcomes and share actionable insights with the Training Manager.
• Design and update training materials and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and create e-learning modules.
• Support Ready For Allocation (RFA) team members during project transitions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of AML experience.
• Training delivery experience in in-person classroom and virtual settings.
