What you'll do

• Lead development and implementation of data-driven healthcare solutions.
• Apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques to complex datasets.
• Design and manage data pipelines and data lakes.
• Apply machine learning and AI methods for predictive modeling.
• Guide data visualizations for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on healthcare data science opportunities.
• Mentor team members and validate data quality and compliance.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Experience managing data pipelines and confirming data quality.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying AI models end to end in healthcare infrastructure.
• Experience with LLM frameworks and LLM operations.
• Experience building RAG pipelines.
• Education in a listed field such as artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
