Manager - Brand Sales Planning (Presales )

Overview

Manager role leading strategic presales and GTM for the Brand Business, combining product marketing, sales planning, solutioning, and sales enablement.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end GTM narrative and sales planning strategy for the Brand Business across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, audience narratives, and customer-centric solution frameworks.
• Lead complex RFP responses, proposals, media strategies, and executive presentations for strategic opportunities.
• Build proactive GTM materials such as vertical narratives, industry playbooks, collateral, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and solution briefs.
• Establish sales enablement programs to improve seller productivity, solution confidence, and win rates.
• Lead the adoption of AI in Sales Planning and define an AI-first operating model for the function.
• Set quality standards for customer-facing deliverables and mentor Sales Planning professionals.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Presales, Sales Enablement, GTM, Partner Marketing, or Agency Strategy roles within AdTech/MarTech/Digital Advertising or related industries.
• Demonstrated ownership of messaging, positioning, GTM strategy, product launches, market intelligence, and sales enablement.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, media planning, and advertiser/agency needs.
• Exceptional storytelling and command of narrative development and customer-centric positioning.
• Advanced written communication skills for executive decks, reports, and external content.
• Extensive hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Gamma, and Canva AI.
