Manager Business Development | AWS

Overview

Drive AWS Services business growth through partner enablement, AWS program adoption, and joint go-to-market initiatives, owning revenue targets, partner capability building, and cloud transformation opportunities.

What you'll do

• Drive AWS Professional & Managed Services revenue across the partner ecosystem.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Recruit, enable, and activate partners for AWS services practices.
• Drive adoption of AWS Partner Programs, Competencies, Certifications, MAP, WAFR, and AWS Marketplace.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through partner-led and co-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with AWS PDMs, partner sales teams, solution architects, and internal stakeholders.
• Position cloud migration, modernization, security, DevOps, data, AI/ML, and managed services solutions.
• Support RFPs, customer engagements, and strategic cloud transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• 8-15 years of experience in Cloud Sales, Services Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management.
• 4+ years of AWS ecosystem experience.
• Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network (APN), cloud services, and partner-led sales motions.
• Proven experience in partner management, GTM planning, and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• AWS Certifications.
• Experience working with AWS distributors, MSPs, SIs, or cloud consulting partners.
• Exposure to Enterprise and Public Sector business.
