Manager, CRM Platforms & Salesforce Delivery

Overview

Lead Salesforce-focused CRM platform delivery, operations, DevOps, innovation, and team development. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across commercial and customer experience processes.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop CRM developers, administrators, analysts, and support resources.
• Manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, support, and DevOps delivery.
• Translate CRM priorities into Salesforce solutions and delivery roadmaps.
• Oversee project planning, resource prioritization, risks, delivery tracking, and executive communication.
• Guide Salesforce configuration, development, integrations, data models, security, automation, and releases.
• Manage source control, CI/CD, environments, testing, deployment governance, and production readiness.
• Drive platform stability, delivery quality, backlog, incident resolution, and support improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of enterprise application delivery experience.
• 6+ years of Salesforce implementation, development, administration, integration, and production support.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce clouds, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, security, sharing, data models, and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Git, Gearset, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, testing, and release governance.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery, enterprise integrations, stakeholder influence, and global matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Architect.
