Manager, Customer Development - eGrocers (eB2C)

Overview

Responsible for driving sustainable growth for The Coca-Cola Company across eCommerce and Quick Commerce customers by leading integrated customer strategies and channel execution.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute customer-specific long-range, annual, and quarterly business plans for revenue, profitability, and share growth.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Total Trade Investment (TTI/TOT) negotiations to maximize customer value and commercial returns.
• Build customer-relevant portfolio, category, and occasion strategies to drive basket incidence, shopper conversion, and premiumization.
• Design integrated activation calendars aligned to customer events, seasonal moments, and key consumption occasions.
• Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM 2.0) initiatives, including assortment optimization, pricing architecture, and promotional mechanics.
• Own customer performance management using analytics such as price tracking, agreement compliance, fill rates, and promotional effectiveness.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in customer/key account management, commercial, category management, RGM, or operational marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in customer negotiations, joint business planning, and commercial execution.
• Strong analytical capability leveraging data to influence customer strategy and commercial decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent planning, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer dynamics across modern trade and digital commerce.
