Principal Channel Account Manager

Overview

Principal Channel Account Manager to drive enterprise revenue growth and manage strategic customer engagements across key product domains.

What you'll do

• Identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Advise C-level executives through digital transformation journeys.
• Lead and execute enterprise-level engagements across ERP, PLM, ALM, and SLM.
• Develop and manage joint business plans with internal teams and the Partner Ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape customer strategy and deliver outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of the Product Development Process and communicate its value to customers.
• Apply an “Always Be Selling” approach focused on outcomes and customer success.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or similar domain.
• Proven track record in revenue-driven enterprise sales (ideally SaaS/technology-focused).
• Experience in large-scale, strategic engagements across ERP/PLM/ALM/SLM.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Product Development lifecycle.
• Experience working with or within a partner-led ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, and Subscription models.
• Knowledge of Aerospace and Defence.
