Overview

Manager for Entertainment Client Strategy and Solutions within the Digital GCS team, leading project execution and acting as a bridge between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Execute the GCS annual plan and ensure the right share of wallet from the portfolio.
• Define and oversee growth roadmaps ahead of major content launches.
• Partner with Sales to define client strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Structure customized deals and manage discount guardrails for swift closures.
• Support tentpole content monetization with brand fitment and client-specific pitches.
• Conduct business reviews with Sales pods to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, ads sales, or strategy.
• Deep experience in structured strategy development and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Strong financial acumen including business case development, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels to balance vision and execution.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and influencing senior cross-functional teams.
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Media Studies (MBA preferred).
