Overview
Manager Finance responsible for FP&A, revenue assurance, and finance operations including billing, receivables/payables follow-ups, and month-end reporting coordination.
What you'll do
- Coordinate with business teams for monthly revenue projections and variance discussions.
- Follow up on unbilled items and confirm payout validity for timely RO release.
- Ensure 3-way matching for client invoice processing and client billing within timelines.
- Drive collections on overdue accounts and ensure timely settlements of on-account payments.
- Manage payable processing, including vendor cost verification and payment.
- Review bank master files uploaded on the bank online portal and discuss aged balances with BU CFO/business teams.
- Prepare and review month-end reporting outputs including MIS, budgets, re-forecasts, and summary statements.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A.
- Skills in budgeting and AOP preparation.
- Forecasting capability for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast).
- Revenue, cost, and profitability analysis and cash flow planning.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
