Manager I, Talent Acquisition role focused on recruitment MIS, reporting, dashboards and data analysis, including managing a team.

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage recruitment related database
• Automate reports and dashboards
• Prepare strategic PowerPoint presentations and decks for Senior Leadership
• Maintain historical data and trends
• Prepare dashboards for key recruitment metrics
• Perform data analysis and proactively identify recruitment related challenges and issues
• Perform data comparison and manage the technical aspects of data evaluation
• Perform routine data checks

What you'll need

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in MIS/Reporting
• Experience in managing a team
• Strong analytical and mathematical orientation
• Experience of data management, data crunching and data presentation
• Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA macros), mandatory
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations, mandatory
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communicator and decision maker
• Strong attention to detail, sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and analytical tools
