Manager Marketing to oversee new and existing product decision-making, including conceptualization, prioritization, and market launches.

What you'll do

• Identify product portfolio gaps and propose new product ideas based on unmet needs.
• Conduct risk-vs-benefit analysis and prioritize new products with the vertical head.
• Review go-to-market strategies and validate launch plans for successful product implementation.
• Drive sales planning and budgeting for existing products by setting growth goals and monitoring market potential.
• Formulate brand strategy for existing products by monitoring execution, identifying gaps, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Maintain customer relationships by refining strategies based on customer and KOL feedback.
• Lead and develop the marketing team via goal setting, performance appraisals, and mentorship.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in product management and launching at least one new product.
• MBA along with a graduate degree in the Science stream.
• In-depth understanding of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Financial management skills to develop and manage budgets and allocate resources.
• Ability to analyze market data, clinical trial results, and sales performance.
• People management abilities.
