Account Manager

Overview

Account Manager role working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from briefing to execution.
• Build and grow long-term client relationships and identify account expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients and understand their business and industry landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, production, and operations.
• Drive responses to briefs and RFPs, shaping solutions with internal teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track and report on project performance, including sales and forecasts.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in account management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing diverse projects including digital, film, and experiential.
• Ability to work across teams, geographies, and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in mainline advertising, TVC/shoot production, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience working with large or global clients.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing.
