Manager- Product Management

Overview

Own and manage the complete lifecycle of product ideation through commercial success for TransUnion CIBIL's commercial business vertical.

What you'll do

• Support new product development from concept creation to designing go-to-market plans.
• Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and define positioning and packaging of the product.
• Define the product roadmap.
• Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather product requirements, finalize the product construct, and position it in the market.
• Increase the adoption and usage of TransUnion CIBIL Limited products and solutions.
• Review product positioning, features, and associated processes to make solutions more effective and efficient.
• Provide pre-sales support to position solutions and showcase value analysis.
• Provide post-sales support, including value analysis, responding to customer queries, and interfacing with other verticals to resolve queries as needed.
• Build the annual product plan with Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing and ensure revenue achievement is on track.

What you'll need

• Graduate + MBA from a reputed institute.
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good at following up with people and strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with constantly evolving requirements.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations, and exercise judgement in a variety of situations.
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal and written skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the banking/lending industry.
• Hands-on experience in applied statistics, R package, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
