Overview
Lead service delivery and implementation for JumpCloud's new and existing customers, and help build and scale the India-based Professional Services capability in close partnership with global stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead service delivery and implementation across JumpCloud's new and existing customers.
- Bridge high-level architectural strategy and hands-on custom technical delivery.
- Ensure customers receive a world-class implementation experience through structured consulting and custom-built automation solutions.
- Build and scale the India-based Professional Services capability.
- Partner closely with global stakeholders to ensure strong delivery execution, operational excellence, and team collaboration.
