Managing Engineer - Risk Insights and Risk Engineering (Remote, US)

Overview

Managing Engineer roles in Risk Insights and Risk Engineering, leading teams to build and operate data-driven and software-based risk/control solutions integrated into enterprise platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage teams delivering risk insights data products, ETLs, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive technical direction across data ingestion, transformation, automation, and visualization.
• Contribute hands-on to architecture, design reviews, and critical-path Python/ETL/dashboard development.
• Own operational outcomes including data quality, reliability, performance, and dashboard availability.
• Deliver control capabilities as embedded software products and set technical direction across design through operation.
• Own production outcomes including system reliability, performance, and operational health.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of engineering experience with hands-on Python and data product delivery.
• 2+ years leading engineers with technical oversight (architecture, code reviews, delivery coaching).
• Experience building and operating scalable data pipelines, ETLs, and analytical/reporting systems.
• Strong experience with data modeling, APIs, backend integrations, and data quality practices.
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Experience delivering dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Work mode: Remote (US - Remote).
• Compensation: $120,000.00–$193,725.00 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
