Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling

Overview

Develop scalable, automated planning and analytics solutions for global S&OP and materials planning, focusing on repairables, sub-assemblies and capitalized inventory.

What you'll do

• Develop analytical models for materials and sub-assembly requirements.
• Build and maintain end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Use SQL to create scalable datasets and analytical models.
• Develop automated alerts for shortages, excess inventory and planning gaps.
• Improve predictive analytics for repairable inventory decisions.
• Partner with S&OP, AMO and Manufacturing teams on analytical solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on developed models.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on SQL skills for large, multi-source datasets.
• Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX and visualization.
• Experience developing automated, scalable analytical solutions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work with limited guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP data and materials-related processes.
• Experience in drilling, oilfield services or asset-intensive industrial environments.
• Knowledge of S&OP, materials planning, inventory management or MRP.
• Experience with Power Automate, SAP automation or similar platforms.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
