Marketing Automation Specialist

Overview

Manage day-to-day marketing automation and database activities, including campaign delivery, workflow implementation, data quality, and roadmap requests.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and deploy marketing automation campaigns.
• Implement workflows across tools and platforms.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using multiple tools.
• Maintain database and dashboard data accuracy.
• Uphold database hygiene, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Apply segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders on requests and roadmap items.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience with Marketo.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience.
• Ability to investigate data, logs, and system configurations for root causes.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong accountability, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Desire to learn more about business.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools including Optimizely, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, BigQuery, and Power BI.
