Marketing Automation Specialist

Overview

Manage Valtech’s day-to-day marketing automation and database activities, including campaign delivery, workflow implementation, measurement, and roadmap requests.

What you'll do

• Create, optimize, and deploy marketing automation campaigns for database growth and lead nurturing.
• Implement workflows across marketing automation tools and platforms.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using multiple tools and platforms.
• Maintain database and dashboard accuracy and hygiene.
• Apply segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve conversion and customer journeys.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders on requests and roadmap items.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience with the Marketo marketing automation platform.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to investigate data, logs, and system configurations to identify root causes.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong accountability, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Strong desire to learn about business.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools including Optimizely, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, BigQuery, and Power BI.
