Overview

Supports internal communications, knowledge management, content operations, data visualization, and virtual events.

What you'll do

• Support internal communications and newsletters end to end.
• Prepare metrics reports for newsletters and campaigns.
• Write, edit, and proofread internal content.
• Manage publication, distribution, and lifecycle of digital knowledge assets.
• Support content migration between platforms such as SharePoint and Connected Source.
• Create data visualizations for decision-making and knowledge capture.
• Perform content tagging, transcription, and redaction.

What you'll need

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Data gathering, handling, and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Einstein Analytics, Power BI, and AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings.
• Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs.
