Overview

Support marketing operations across product and acquisition marketing, including Patient CRM, SEO, lead conversion, and offline campaigns. Execute workflows, verify data, document processes, and help improve efficiency through AI-driven automation.

What you'll do

• Execute and improve operational workflows across marketing projects.
• Conduct structured and unstructured research to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain performance metrics, logs, and dashboards.
• Communicate process challenges, glitches, and blockers to the team lead.
• Apply updates to relevant guidelines, SOPs, and policies.
• Contribute to short-term projects and workflow optimization.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of work experience.
• At least a bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with MS Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Word.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT or other LLMs.
• Strong web research, English communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
