Contractor • Client Operations

Overview

Contractor role focused on daily client operations, including running reports, setting up payers/clients, and maintaining client keys and certificates.

What you'll do

• Liaise with Business Analysts and internal/external clients to ensure requirements are understood.
• Write SQL queries and execute stored procedures for data analysis and research.
• Execute existing reports on a monthly calendar and deliver them to internal users.
• Maintain configurations for new and existing customers.
• Maintain client-specific keys and certificates in a dedicated UI.
• Produce supporting documentation for internal and external customers as needed.

What you'll need

• Have 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Experience running SQL queries and stored procedures on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid desktop Microsoft skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to management.
• Organizational and excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel (pivot tables, charts).
• Daily operations experience including user setup and maintenance and running reports.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work arrangement includes primarily standard office environment or remotely.
• May include after-hours/on-call support and/or holidays, including end of month/quarter/year, with limited PTO.
• Night shift is required.
