Banking - Information Specialist - Officer

Overview

The Banking Support Analyst provides support to the Banking division, assisting Investment Banking teams globally through information retrieval, analytics, and compliance-related tasks for transactions.

What you'll do

• Assist with data gathering and deal documentation under established procedures.
• Compile information to help identify potential conflicts of interest under guidance.
• Compile market data and create basic charts/graphs for presentations.
• Support competitor analysis report preparation with senior team members.
• Maintain supported databases of contacts and client information under supervision.
• Support due diligence and risk assessment by gathering, organizing, and validating information.

What you'll need

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and concepts, and banking operations preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
