Overview

Banking Support Specialist providing foundational support to the Banking team for research, reporting, and operational tasks to support informed decision-making and efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparation of initial documentation for potential deals.
• Compile market data from established sources and validate data from multiple sources.
• Create basic charts and graphs and support internal presentations.
• Maintain databases of key contacts, client information, deals, transactions, and market data.
• Organize and distribute approved market research reports.
• Support due diligence and risk assessments by gathering and organizing documentation.
• Assist with deal-related operational tasks such as preparing documentation and coordinating meetings.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to gather and organize data effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets and banking operations (preferred).
• Commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
