WSO Specialized Account Services, Analyst

Overview

Specialized Account Services Analyst to support client-facing special services operations for WSO users, including loan processing-related data research, reconciliation, validation, and workflow resolution.

What you'll do

• Review and maintain asset and contract data with high accuracy.
• Process amendments, investigate discrepancies, and process exceptions for syndication loan maintenance.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation of trades and positions to ensure syndicated facility data integrity.
• Conduct data management and controls activities, including source document review and record entry.
• Verify completeness, accuracy, and consistency via quality assurance audits and expedited correction of inconsistencies.
• Proactively identify internal/external processing and system issues and support resolution plans/escalations.
• Lead research/projects for cross-product integrations and workflow enhancements with direct client engagement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of work experience within the syndicated loan industry, Loan IQ, or WSO systems.
• Ability to work US shift.
• Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated knowledge working with internet-based applications.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Work well in teams; ability to organize and prioritize complex issues to completion.
