Overview

Supervisor for Fund Services Operations within Financial Services/Transfer Agency, focused on mutual funds transaction processing and client service.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of associate-level transfer agency representatives.
• Direct day-to-day operational activities to ensure optimal representative performance.
• Prepare, coach, and develop talent to deliver service to clients and shareholders.
• Provide frequent feedback and one-on-one support to build skills.
• Mentor and guide team members toward personal career and development goals.
• Monitor team goals and key performance measures and adjust to reach targets.
• Partner with associates, clients, and colleagues to deliver operational excellence.

What you'll need

• 2 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 4 years with a high school degree).
• Experience in financial services operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Computer experience with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
