Associate Data Analyst - Global Procurement & Planning COE

Overview

Associate Data Analyst supporting data-driven decisions for Global Procurement & Planning across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and customer care.

What you’ll do

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple business systems.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Monitor key metrics across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service.
• Identify trends and anomalies and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with documenting and mapping order fulfillment and supply chain processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing teams.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
