What you'll do

• Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
• Lead design reviews and participate in technical discussions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to align parts manufacturing with performance and cost objectives.
• Conduct design analysis including structural, FEA, thermal, heat transfer, stress, and manufacturability.
• Develop feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
• Create procedures for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance recommendation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 4+ years of experience (or Master’s with 2–3 years).
• Strong product development and design experience in the mechanical domain.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as Solid Edge, CREO, or Siemens NX.
• Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, molding, sheet-metal fabrication, and casting processes.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
